Nordic Fest

The big Nordic Fest celebration will be this week in Decorah. There will be several thousand visitors to the area. My son Avery is a junior Nordic Dancers. He will be in several dancing shows and in the parade.

Facebook Vs. Blog

I have had a difficult time getting started with my Blog. Since I am a digital immigrant, I have tried to figure out why this type of website is so important. The best thing I could do is just get started with it. Also, I have been introduced to Facebook. The 2 concepts are very similar. Facebook puts your personal information out in cyberspace and looks for friends to correspond with. Blogs are just a posting of your information and others can take a look. I will post items as time progresses.

Weather

The weather greatly affects when school is in session. We hope the weather will be agreeable for the next few weeks.
